Service Advisor Tata Tass Experienced
Job Description
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding and addressing service needs.
• Provide accurate repair recommendations, quotations, and manage job cards and warranty claims.
• Coordinate service tasks with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.
• Gather customer feedback, identify sales opportunities, and enhance workshop efficiency.
• Maintain precise records and deliver outstanding service to drive customer satisfaction and station success.
• Only Experienced Candidates will be considered from TATA Motors Commercial vehicle Dealership/TASS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
