Service Advisor (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction Service Coordination Vehicle Inspections & Recommendations Work Order and Documentation Customer Service and Relationship Management Product Knowledge & Sales Quality Assurance

Skills and Qualifications:

Fresh graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field). Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role (physical work environment). Strong interest in automobiles and automotive services. Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services is a plus. Computer proficiency for managing work orders, customer data, and service documentation.

Preferred Experience:

Previous internships or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or the automotive industry is a plus. Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processes and tools. Experience in using service management software and CRM tools is an advantage.

Salary:

12700 - 20000 Per Month
