The service advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating vehicle repairs for customers. They serve as the primary point of contact between the service department and the customer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to completion of service.

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers' concerns about their vehicles and accurately document them.
• Provide information about service options, costs, and timelines clearly and effectively.
• Manage customer expectations regarding repair times and anticipated delays.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
