Knowledge - Four Wheeler car
- acts as the liaison between customers and the service department. They handle customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, explain repair work, provide cost estimates, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to completion. They also manage customer concerns and follow up on service satisfaction.
