We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the cornerstone of our service department, acting as the primary point of contact between our valued customers and the technicians. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing timely and accurate information about services and repairs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the service process. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed every step of the way. In addition to managing customer interactions, you will also collaborate closely with the service team to coordinate work orders and scheduling. This position demands excellent communication skills, a passion for automotive service, and the ability to solve problems promptly.

•Responsibilities: •

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide customers with accurate information about services needed and potential repair costs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily service department workflow.
• Prepare service orders and ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
• Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns and service needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after services have been performed.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.

•Requirements: •

• High school diploma or equivalent/ Graduation ; additional automotive training or certification & B.Tech is a plus.
• Proven experience in automotive service advisory or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using service department software and Microsoft Office applications.
