Job Description

• Greeting customers: Service advisors are the first point of contact between customers and the dealership.
• Scheduling appointments: Service advisors schedule appointments for customers.
• Listening to customers: Service advisors listen to customers' concerns and requests.
• Diagnosing problems: Service advisors diagnose problems and communicate this information to technicians.
• Estimating costs: Service advisors provide estimates for work.
• Consulting with technicians: Service advisors consult with technicians about repairs and alternatives.
• Informing customers: Service advisors inform customers about service outcomes, cost savings, and warranty protections.
• Managing scheduling: Service advisors manage the service center's scheduling and workflow.
• Helping customers decide: Service advisors help customers decide whether to fix their car or trade it in.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,639.93 - ?27,478.63 per month
