Job Description

• Customer service : Greet customers, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Repair updates : Communicate repair updates to customers, including completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Repair estimates : Provide pricing estimates for repairs.
• Technical updates : Stay current with automotive technology.
• Scheduling : Schedule appointments, balancing service center capacities and customer needs.
• Conflict resolution : Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Ordering parts : Order needed parts.
• Collecting payment : Collect payment after repairs are completed.
• Sales : Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,835.94 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:
