Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -



Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department. Actively listen to customer concerns and inquiries regarding vehicle service and repairs. Collaborate with technicians to understand vehicle conditions and recommended repairs. Prepare and present detailed service estimates, including costs for parts and labor. Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's daily workflow. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion. Address customer complaints and concerns effectively, striving for satisfactory resolutions. Escalate complex issues to management as needed. Encourage feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications -



Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proven customer relation's skills both in person and over telephone. Proven ability to communicate and determine customer's needs and to sell the dealership's parts and service capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits.
Basic automotive knowledge and experience.

Good communication skills (listening, questioning). Good time management skills. Able to asses vehicle damage and make proper repair estimates.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
