Provide clear cost/time estimates and keep customers informed of work progress
Greet and welcome customers open repair order & refer vehicle history
Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers' needs and accurate repair order preparation
Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges
Maintains vehicle functioning & operator complaints by conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage & warranty management
Inspect customer vehicles for pre-existing damage & additional work require during reception
Complete customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery of the vehicle
What are we looking for?
Degree/ Diploma in Auto/Mechanical or Graduate may be advantageous
At least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry in similar role
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate with customers and management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
