• Customer Interaction : Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and understand their vehicle issues or service needs.
• Service Recommendations : Advise customers on necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance based on the technician's assessment and the vehicle's service history.
• Estimate Preparation : Provide accurate cost estimates for services, including labor, parts, and other related fees.
• Scheduling Appointments : Schedule vehicle service appointments, ensuring that workshop capacity and technician availability are optimized.
• Work Order Management : Create and manage service orders, ensuring all work performed is documented and approved by the customer.
• Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the service department, providing timely updates on the status of the vehicle.
• Quality Control : Ensure that all services and repairs meet company standards and customer expectations before the vehicle is returned.
• Problem Resolution : Address customer concerns or complaints, offering solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Payment Processing : Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle financial transactions for services rendered.
• Sales and Upselling : Promote additional services, such as extended warranties, vehicle accessories, or routine maintenance packages, to maximize sales and revenue.
Qualification:
Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical
Valid 2&4 Wheeler Licence
Experience - 0-2 Yrs
