Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
• Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance services, and estimated costs
• Coordinate with technicians to provide timely updates on service status
• Manage service schedules and ensure efficient workflow in the service department
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and ensure customer satisfaction
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues or complaints

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and repairs
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
