As a service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients who bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. Your primary objective is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for customers while maximizing service department profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and inquire about their vehicle service needs.
• Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document them.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
• Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding their vehicles.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering both customer preferences and service department capacity.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of scheduled work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using computerized service management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
