• Good communication skill
• Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs.
• Provide expert advice on service options, including estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with the service team for efficient and timely vehicle repairs.
• Ensure a seamless customer service experience and maintain lasting relationships.
