Job Summary:
- Greet customers and identify their service needs
- Provide estimates and recommendations for repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Communicate with technicians and customers about service status
- Upsell and cross-sell services and products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Provide detailed estimates and explanations to customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage workshop workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed about service status and any additional work required
- Meet sales targets and upsell/cross-sell services and products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge (optional)
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
