Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Berhampur
Experience: 6+months in Automobile sector
We are looking for candidates from Diploma /B.Tech with mechanical/Automobile background or minimum 6months of experience in four wheeler automobile sector.
work & Responsibilities :
• Customer Interactions- Including Greetings Customers ,Listening to their concerns about vehicles
• Service Recomendations- ( Based on the Customer's input & the vehicles history, the service advisor suggests necessary maintenance or repairs)
• Scheduling services- Organizing & managing the service schedule to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner
• customer retention

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
