We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor - Bodyshop to join our team at Viswajeet Udyog, an authorized Mahindra & Mahindra dealership. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring a smooth repair process, high customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle body repair needs Inspect vehicles and assess damage in coordination with the Bodyshop team Prepare job cards and repair estimates as per Mahindra standards Explain recommended repair work, timelines, and cost estimates to customers Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and documentation Follow up with workshop technicians to ensure timely repairs Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles Ensure quality control and final delivery of the vehicle Maintain proper records of customer interactions and services provided Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if required

Pay: ?15,065.80 - ?24,717.26 per month
