The Car Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle service appointments, and ensuring customers are well-informed about the services their vehicles require. This role involves extensive communication with both customers and service technicians to ensure a seamless and satisfactory service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers and ascertain their vehicle service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of required vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
• Offer repair and maintenance recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle inspection results.
• Service Coordination:
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with service technicians to understand the scope of services required and communicate this effectively to customers.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including any additional repairs needed and cost estimates.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure effective communication and understanding of repair requirements.
• Collaborate with parts department staff to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and components.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with automotive technology and service best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
