Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule customer appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Repair Order Management: Accurately process repair orders, generate cost estimates, and handle invoicing with attention to detail.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships.
• Issue Documentation: Log detailed descriptions of customer-reported issues for effective diagnosis and repair by technicians.
• Approval Handling: Secure customer approval for recommended repairs and services, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Product Promotion: Actively promote BMW parts, accessories, and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and service managers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Estimation & Updates: Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry (minimum 1 year required).
• Basic knowledge of BMW vehicle parts, services, and accessories (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Professionalism in handling customer concerns and queries.
