• Technical knowledge : Understanding the technical aspects of vehicles, and keeping up with the latest automotive technologies
• Communication : Communicating with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Coordination : Coordinating with technicians, the parts department, and other teams to provide solutions to customer issues
• Documentation : Documenting repairs, labor, and parts costs, and providing proof
• Sales : Working to meet sales goals by selling parts and executing repairs
• Policy knowledge : Understanding and implementing the dealership's and manufacturer's policies on car service
• Regulatory compliance : Adhering to industry regulations and safety standards
• Customer education : Keeping customers informed about vehicle maintenance
