• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Listen to customer complaints, concerns, and requests regarding their vehicles and note them down accurately.
• Advise customers on required maintenance, repairs, and servicing based on their vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
• Create work orders by entering detailed information about the customer's vehicle and the services needed.
• Perform a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and recommend any additional services or repairs that may be necessary.
• Explain service options and maintenance schedules to customers, highlighting the benefits of preventive maintenance.
• Upsell additional services, accessories, or packages such as engine oil treatments, extended warranties, and service packages.
• Provide customers with detailed cost estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• Obtain approval from customers before proceeding with any repairs or additional services.
• Communicate any potential delays, additional costs, or changes in the repair process to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the workshop mechanics and technicians to ensure that the vehicle is serviced as per customer requirements.
• Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Conduct a final inspection of the vehicle after servicing to ensure all requested work has been completed correctly.
• Ensure the vehicle is cleaned, properly maintained, and ready for delivery to the customer.
• Explain the work performed to the customer during the vehicle handover and provide any necessary service documentation.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure they are satisfied with the work performed and to address any further concerns.
• Maintain a log of customer feedback and resolve any post-service issues or complaints in coordination with the Service Manager.
• Promote customer retention through effective communication, by reminding customers about future maintenance schedules and service camps.
