Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a proactive manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Upsell menu items and promote special promotions as appropriate
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
