Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced Servers & Waiters to join our team in Kochi . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry , with a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with menu recommendations and answering any queries regarding the menu or restaurant services.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure that customers' needs are met promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure that all tables are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary items such as condiments and napkins.
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments in accordance with restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the restaurant's uniform and grooming standards.
• Assist in the setup and cleaning of the dining area, ensuring it is always presentable for customers.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry .
• At least a college graduate or holds a certification in hospitality or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction .
• Male candidates preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional language skills are a plus).
