Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs promptly and courteously. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Present menus and explain menu items to guests, making recommendations as needed. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
