Summary

Coffee Culture Reserve is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Steward to join our team! As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, while maintaining a clean and efficient cafe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer questions about the menu and coffee offerings.
• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, cold drinks) and food items following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
• Cafe Operations:
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including tables, chairs, and the service area.
• Refill coffee and tea stations, condiments, and other supplies.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the cafe for daily operations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and glassware in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Additional responsibilities may include:
• Operating the cash register and processing customer payments.
• Restocking inventory as needed.
• Completing light prep work for food and beverage items.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred).
• Passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
