Server Class Design

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop server-class hardware systems , focusing on circuit design and high-speed interfaces.
• Lead the complex board design process, including schematic capture, layout, and component selection.
• Implement and optimize DDR memory controllers and associated technologies for high-performance server platforms.
• Perform signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis to ensure high-speed data transfer and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, validation, and manufacturing engineers to ensure successful system integration.
• Drive design validation through prototype testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in server hardware design .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in circuit design for server-class hardware.
• Proven expertise in high-speed PCB design , including multi-layer board designs.
• Deep understanding of DDR memory controllers (DDR4/DDR5), timing, and layout requirements.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity , power integrity , and high-speed interconnects (PCIe, Ethernet, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Cadence Allegro , Mentor Graphics , or similar.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Experience in compliance with server hardware standards (e.g., JEDEC, IEEE).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
