Job Title: Server Administrator

We are seeking a talented and experienced server administrator to join our team. As a Server Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our server infrastructure. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our server systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our server infrastructure.
• Deploy and configure virtual machines, containers, and other server resources as required.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement security measures and best practices to protect server systems and data.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services with the server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and system failures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to server administration.
• Assist in planning and executing server migration projects.
• Document server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in server administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Familiarity with server monitoring and management tools.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues on time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
