• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization in a professional setting.
• Proven team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team for achieving SEO goals (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in search engine optimization, including techniques for improving website rankings (Mandatory skill).
• Strong proficiency in keyword research to identify key terms for driving traffic and conversion.
• Solid understanding of content strategy best practices to promote brand visibility and integrity.
• Experience in link building to enhance domain authority and referral traffic effectively.
• Capability in using analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance and campaigns.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance site usability and relevance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SEO team to achieve department goals and enhance skills alignment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic.
• Conduct competitive research and identify new opportunities for client growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize page copy and ensure SEO best practices are met.
• Monitor and report on KPIs associated with SEO campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
• Manage client communication effectively, providing clear insight into SEO performance and strategy.
• Ensure all SEO initiatives align with company standards and client business objectives.
