We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our website, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, analyzing website data, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to enhance our online visibility and reach our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases.
Analyze the competitiveness of keywords and make recommendations for target keywords.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and HTML elements for search engines.
Implement best practices for internal linking and URL structure.
Ensure that the website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive.

Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve the website's authority and trustworthiness.
Monitor backlinks and disavow harmful or spammy links.

Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical issues that may hinder search engine rankings (e.g., site speed, crawl errors, schema markup).
Work with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that engages the target audience.
Ensure content is optimized for relevant keywords and topics.

Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools and analytics to track and report on website performance and rankings.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.
Share insights and updates with the team to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, best practices, and tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems and web development.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Moz, SEMrush).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
