Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.The successful candidate will have experience in various digital marketing techniques and technologies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.RequirementsDevelop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Content Strategy and Creation:

• Develop and manage content for the website, social media, and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

SEO/SEM Management:

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and website development.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

• Develop strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility on social media.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

• Analyze data and metrics from digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Use various tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on campaign performance.

Email Marketing:

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.

• A/B test email campaigns for performance optimization.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with other departments (sales, content, product development) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing projects and campaigns.
