Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, tools, and best practices, and will be able to work collaboratively to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support our clients' business goals. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and creative thinking to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to client goals and industry best practices, optimizing website content, meta tags, and on-page elements.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities, targeting keywords that align with clients' goals and drive qualified traffic.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct audits and optimize website elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve search engine visibility and usability.
• Off-Page SEO and Link Building: Plan and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and backlink profiles using ethical and white-hat SEO techniques.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, and crawl errors, ensuring sites are optimized for search engines.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies, trends, and user intent.
• SEO Tools and Analytics: Utilize SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to monitor and report on SEO performance, identify growth opportunities, and track KPIs.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies to ensure competitive advantages.
• Monthly Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on SEO performance, traffic trends, ranking progress, and ROI for clients, along with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO content strategy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical SEO strategies to non-technical clients.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Location: In-office/Hybrid/Remote as per agency policy.
• Work Hours: Full-time; occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or support campaigns.
