Role: SEO Specialist - IT Industry US Market
Experience: 4 to 9 Years
Location: Work from Home/Bangalore/India
Salary: 5 Lacs to 8 INR PA
Work Time: 9 am IST to 6 pm IST (Flexi Time)

SEO Expert with Experience in IT & Data Engineering industry USA & Canada Market:
- Should have in-depth experience and knowledge to plan and implement SEO strategies that help achieve top rankings in Google search results and drive quality traffic
- Should have strong expertise and understanding of SEO best practices and strategies including keyword strategy, link-building, on-page & off-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO and content strategies
- Perform keyword research to uncover new areas of opportunity and optimize existing content
- Perform research and competitive analysis to identify, resolve gaps and improve content, website design and digital marketing campaigns
- Implement link building strategies to build online authority
- Plan and implement various SEO strategies to address issues related to: site structure, sitemap, structured data, schema, on-page search engine optimization, web-page content, link-building, index submission, web core vitals and mobile responsiveness among others
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in SEO rankings for target keywords and emerging keywords.
- Drive and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase organic growth, utilizing various channels such as Social Media, Email and Content marketing channels among others.
- Accountable for the website and ensuring that it incorporates SEO best practices, is aesthetically designed, engaging, and provides an excellent user experiences for key personas
- Ensure that information published on the website is accurate, current and easy to navigate.
- Track and report on key SEO performance metrics using analytics tools (Google Analytics) and ensure continuous improvement in keyword rankings and organic traffic. Optimize SEO campaigns based on data driven analysis
- Contribute to web copy, creating social media content, marketing collateral, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Own & update documentation of standards, processes and decisions
- Ability to continuously improve SEO rankings for selected keywords and drive digital growth
- 4 to 9 years of digital marketing experience, including experience at a high growth startup.
- Ability to use Google Analytics GA4 to prepare dashboards and report on key metrics & performance
- Experience using SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, MoZ etc)
- Experience using the WordPress platform
- Experience in PPC and managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) is an advantage
- Excellent MS Excel and Research Skills
- Interest or passion for latest AI and automation tools
- Prior supervisory experience of hiring, managing, and coaching a small team.
- You possess the ability to write persuasively, influence and communicate confidently at all levels.
