Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and creating high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, experience in content creation, and a data-driven approach to improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Roles and responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Optimization

Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Perform keyword research to identify high-ranking and relevant keywords in alignment with business goals.

Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimization.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Content Creation & Writing

Write, edit, and publish engaging, SEO-optimized content including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, web pages, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.

Develop content calendars and ensure timely publication of content based on seasonal trends, product launches, or industry events.

Create meta tags, titles, and descriptions to improve click-through rates and search engine visibility

Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).

Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.

A/B test content elements to measure and improve content effectiveness.

Link Building & Outreach

Execute link-building strategies to enhance the website's domain authority and organic ranking.

Identify and reach out to relevant websites, influencers, and bloggers for backlink opportunities.

Manage and maintain relationships with partners and influencers for content and link-sharing collaborations.

Qualification and experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Google Analytics or Google Search Console certification.

3+ years of experience in SEO and content writing, preferably in Health and wellness firm, digital marketing or e-commerce.

Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Experience with content management systems (CMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a creative flair.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to handle a high-volume workload and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
