Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Professional to join our team and drive Fifty1 International's organic growth. This individual will be responsible for improving our search engine rankings, optimizing our online presence, and generating quality leads through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings on major search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to target high-net-worth clients in the luxury real estate sector.
• Analyze, review, and implement technical SEO to enhance website architecture and performance.
• Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing insights to improve conversion and engagement.
• Work closely with content and web development teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to stay ahead in the luxury real estate market.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others to inform SEO strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO, particularly in real estate or luxury sectors, with a track record of driving organic growth and improving rankings.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with luxury real estate or experience targeting high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
