Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to enhance the online presence of our website(s) and drive organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.

- Perform ongoing keyword analysis, discovery, and expansion.

- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

- Collaborate with web developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

- Develop and implement link building strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven SEO experience of at least 3 years, with a successful track record in developing and implementing SEO strategies.

- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEO reports.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a related field.

- Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.

- Experience with international SEO campaigns and strategies.

- Proficiency in CMS (Content Management Systems) and web development processes.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
