Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company's overall SEO strategy. This includes web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Implement SEO Strategy: Create, execute, and monitor an SEO strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring high rankings on major search engines.
• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content teams and identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and ensure the integration of targeted keywords and phrases.
• Link Building: Develop and manage strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular technical audits, identify issues, and work with web developers to resolve them, ensuring optimal site performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor performance and generate insights. Regularly report on key metrics and provide recommendations.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies and adapt the SEO approach to stay ahead.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all projects.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web programming languages. Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: SEO certification from recognized institutions or platforms.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in [specific industry, e.g., e-commerce, tech, finance] is a plus.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
