Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and has a deep understanding of SEO best practices and emerging trends.

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical optimization to increase organic search visibility and ranking for targeted keywords.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for maximum relevance and performance.

Manage on-page SEO activities, including optimizing meta tags, headings, content structure, and internal linking to enhance keyword targeting and user experience.

Implement off-page SEO tactics such as link building, influencer outreach, and social media engagement to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.

Oversee technical SEO aspects, including website crawlability, site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup implementation, to ensure optimal search engine indexing and ranking.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc., to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and best practices effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates, continuously optimizing strategies and tactics to maintain compliance and adapt to evolving search engine requirements.

Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights for business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.

Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc., to conduct keyword research, track website performance, and analyze SEO data.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers for technical SEO implementation.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
