Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy and execution, ensuring our online presence drives measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, proven success in implementing strategies that enhance organic traffic, and strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the SEO team.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.

2. Analyze website architecture and recommend changes to improve user experience and search engine performance.

3. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

4. Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, content, internal linking, and URL structures.

5. Develop and execute a robust backlink strategy to improve domain authority.

6. Monitor, track, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others.

7. Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

8. Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.

9. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies into campaigns.

10. Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and monitor the team's progress.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

2. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

3. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization principles.

4. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

7. Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing are a plus.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
