Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in keyword research and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
• Help with on-page SEO tasks, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and alt texts.
• Support off-page SEO activities like link building and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Assist in the creation of SEO reports, tracking organic traffic, rankings, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is SEO-friendly.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Help with technical SEO tasks, such as website audits, internal linking, and site performance optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (or willingness to learn).
• Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some experience in SEO or digital marketing (internship or academic projects).
• Google Analytics or SEO certification (or in-progress).
• Familiarity with social media marketing or PPC strategies.
