Pureroot is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Below are the basic requirements for the role:

Basic Requirements:

1. Foundational Knowledge in SEO

Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Familiarity with keywords, meta tags, and search engine algorithms.

2. Analytical Skills

Ability to work with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

3. Content Optimization Skills

Basic understanding of optimizing content for search engines, including writing meta titles and descriptions.

4. Research Abilities

Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.

Identifying backlink opportunities and trends in the industry.

5. Attention to Detail

Spotting and correcting errors such as broken links and missing tags.

6. Team Collaboration

Ability to work with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to achieve SEO goals.

7. Proactive and Eager to Learn

Staying updated with SEO trends and best practices.

Suggesting improvements to enhance website rankings and digital visibility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Experience with social media marketing is an added advantage.

Prior internship or coursework in digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
