Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends. The SEO Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to improve the visibility of our website and content across search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities. Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, for search engines. Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, header tags, and internal linking. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and performance metrics. Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve website authority. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied throughout the site. Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website development is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads). Knowledge of social media platforms and their impact on SEO. Familiarity with local SEO and mobile SEO strategies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.
