##### Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert with 2-3 years of relevant experience to improve Propzilla's website visibility, increase organic traffic, and boost search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SEO practices, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a proactive approach to achieving results.


##### Roles and Responsibilities


• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for Propzilla's website and digital assets.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content optimization.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building activities and technical SEO audits.
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-friendly content.
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversion rates.
• Fix technical issues related to site performance, crawling, and indexing.
• Ensure proper implementation of structured data, metadata, and schema markup.

##### Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with website analytics, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
