Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and search terms relevant to our target audience and industry. Analyse keyword performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings. Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies such as link building and content marketing to increase domain authority and inbound traffic.
Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact website performance, indexing, and crawlability. Ensure website complies with search engine guidelines and best practices.
Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, etc.) to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor SEO and Google Ads performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software. Generate regular reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and online advertising. Continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search engine rankings.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in keyword research tools, web analytics platforms, and SEO software.
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications (preferred).
