Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 63. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and ensuring our online presence remains competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to improve SEO strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and make necessary improvements.
• Optimize website architecture, URLs, internal linking, and meta tags.
• Build high-quality backlinks to improve site authority.
• Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others for performance tracking.
• Competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 06 - 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Experience in both on-page and off-page SEO practices.
• Excellent knowledge of keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
