: SEO Executive - Immediate Joining

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Job Overview:

Papaya Palette, a leading digital marketing agency based in Noida, is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This is an on-site position with immediate joining required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:

- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Keyword Research & Optimization:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords for content optimization.

- Optimize existing content and create new content based on targeted keywords.

On-Page SEO:

- Optimize web pages including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking for better search engine visibility.

- Ensure website architecture is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

- Perform outreach activities for acquiring high-quality backlinks.

Content Optimization:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.

- Regularly update website content to align with current SEO best practices.

Technical SEO:

- Conduct regular technical audits of the website to identify areas for improvement (e.g., page speed, crawl errors, mobile responsiveness).

- Work with the web development team to resolve technical issues that may affect rankings.

SEO Performance Analysis:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., to monitor website performance.

- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on keyword rankings, traffic trends, and other key metrics.

Competitor Analysis:

- Perform ongoing competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving SEO strategies.

Stay Updated with SEO Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with changes in search engine algorithms and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SEO role.

- Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for technical SEO purposes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the content and development teams.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is a plus.

- Familiarity with local SEO strategies (Google My Business).
