Key Responsibilities:
? Develop digital marketing strategies for online channels (social media, email, website,
search engines).
? Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
? Analyze and report on performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics(GA4),
SEMrush, Search Console etc.) to adjust campaigns and improve results.
? SEO Optimization: Implement search engine optimization techniques to increase
organic search visibility and rankings.
? PPC Campaigns: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
etc.) to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
? Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, engage with
followers, and analyze engagement metrics.
? Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns that promote products/services, maintain
customer relationships, and drive conversions.
? Collaborate with teams like design, sales, and product development to create cohesive
marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Proven experience in digital marketing (2-3 years or more preferred).
? Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
? Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing
platforms.
? Strong understanding of analytics tools and how to interpret data.
? Creative thinking and the ability to come up with fresh marketing ideas.
? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.
? Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is beneficial.
