We are looking for a SEO Executive to optimize websites, content, and online presence to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive quality leads. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and analyzing website performance to make data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. .

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords and phrases that align with the organization's goals and target audience.
• Optimizing website pages and content to improve search engine rankings.
• Optimizing meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and ensuring content is optimized for keywords, relevance, and user experience.
• Implementing off-page optimization strategies to enhance website authority and backlink profile.
• Building high-quality backlinks, managing online directories, guest blogging, and developing relationships with influencers and partners.
• Using programs such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports
• Assisting the content team in the creation of high-quality, informative SEO-based content. o Conducting technical audits of websites to identify and resolve issues that could impact search engine visibility.
• Optimising website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors for improved crawl ability and indexability.
• Keeping up to date with the most recent developments in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Generating regular reports to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other key SEO metrics.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Experience analyzing websites, URL structure, ranking factors, sitemaps, etc, and creating recommendations for developers to follow.
Key Skills Required
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. o Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints can be a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
• Brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimise the path to conversion.
