A search engine optimization (SEO) executive is responsible for analysing, reviewing, and improving websites to increase their visibility and ranking on search engines like Google. This role involves researching and implementing SEO strategies, analysing website traffic and performance, and working with teams to ensure the success of SEO .
Some specific responsibilities of an SEO specialist may include:
• Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization
• On-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, and content optimization
• Off-page optimization, including link building and other tactics to improve website authority
• Analysing and tracking the performance of SEO campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics
• Collaborating with other teams, such as content and web development, to ensure best SEO practices are followed
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
