Profile: Sr. SEO Executive

Location: Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (Cab available for Girls)

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity keywords and content gaps.

Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure to enhance site visibility.

Perform technical SEO audits, including identifying and fixing site issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and duplicate content.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content and blogs.

Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Provide detailed analysis and reporting on SEO performance, site traffic, and search trends.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.

Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.

Proven experience in managing successful SEO campaigns, driving traffic growth, and improving site rankings.

In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Note: We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with the Night Shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
