Job Description

As an SEO Executive / Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve our online presence and drive targeted traffic to our website. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to optimize our website and implement effective SEO practices, while also running and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility for our IT services.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords for SEO and paid campaigns.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, structure, meta tags, headings, and URLs to align with SEO best practices.
• Off-Page SEO: Manage backlink strategy, outreach campaigns, and partnerships to improve domain authority.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to measure and report on SEO and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, ad copy, and other campaign elements to optimize conversion rates.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques to maintain and improve our SEO performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, and running online campaigns, preferably within an IT company or tech-focused environment.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
• Proficient in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
