The SEO Executive is responsible for implementing strategies to optimize website visibility on search engines, driving organic traffic, and improving search rankings. This role involves keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, and tracking performance metrics to enhance the overall online presence of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Search Engine Optimization:
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant search terms.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engines.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization to improve website rankings.
2. Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
• Recommend content topics based on keyword trends and audience behavior.
• Ensure proper integration of keywords into content without compromising quality.
3. Technical SEO:
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed problems.
• Implement fixes to improve website structure, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
• Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.
4. Link Building and Off-Page SEO:
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Research and establish partnerships with relevant websites for backlinks.
• Monitor the effectiveness of external linking efforts.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and analyze website performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and user behavior to measure SEO effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
6. Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
• Adapt strategies based on emerging trends and competitor performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO .
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with content management systems .
• Familiarity with paid search and social media marketing.
• Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
